About the Anthem Premier Plan:

Our Premier plan is our most comprehensive coverage offering before deductible coverage benefits on unlimited doctor visits, some routine tests and screenings, preventive and well care, and even coverage on brand name prescription medications.

This plan also covers well baby/child care and immunizations and preventive dental care. You pay a predictable $30.00 co-payment for a primary care physician visit and a $40.00 co-payment for a specialist. You can choose your deductible and your co-insurance amounts as well as your maximum out of pocket expense should the unforeseen emergency arise. This plan is ideal for the growing family looking for the kind of coverage that will best serve the needs of the entire family, as well as offering the kind of genuine peace of mind that is vital to your family’s security.
