About the Anthem CoreShare Plan:

Our CoreShare plan is our lowest cost, most economic coverage for protection against the high cost of unexpected medical expenses. This budget friendly plan is well suited for the individual or family who wants the assurance and peace of mind that a medical emergency will not totally wipe out their savings and exhaust their resources.

CoreShare offers our lowest premium options and provides coverage after deductible (unless waived) for doctor visits with a predetermined coninsurance percentage, for sick or routine wellness care – the choice is yours! It also provides coverage on generic prescriptions.

You choose your deductible amount and your maximum out of pocket amount. This is basic and affordable protection for you and your family that covers the essentials. You can enjoy the cost savings of a PPO network without paying for additional coverage that you may not need in your present circumstances. This plan offers the opportunity to select only those optional coverages that you truly need (such as dental coverage, life insurance, or supplemental accident coverage) – or none at all.
